Why We’re Building This Team Differently
Over the years, we’ve met incredible dancers who are talented, hardworking, and passionate… but still feel overlooked in large training environments.
This team was created for those dancers.
We are making our Senior Company intentionally small so we can fully invest in every individual dancer and their strengths — technically, artistically, and personally.

Learn About The Vision
Workshop Style Auditions
Instead of a traditional one-day audition, dancers will participate in a workshop-style audition experience with CORE faculty.
WORKSHOP AUDITION DATES ARE TO BE ANNOUNCED BUT WILL BE TAKING PLACE IN JUNE AND/OR JULY 2026.
Over 2 days and multiple classes, dancers will have the opportunity to:
-
work with different teachers
-
experience our training environment
-
build connection with the other dancers around them
-
showcase versatility and coachability
-
settle in naturally without pressure
This format allows us to truly get to know each dancer — not just technically, but personally as well. We are not only looking for strong dancers. We are looking for:
-
kindness
-
work ethic
-
coachability
-
positive attitudes
-
supportive teammates
-
dancers who are ready to grow
Talent matters. But culture matters too.
