Who is the ClassPass for?

• The Unlimited ClassPass is perfect for children ages 4–16 who want to try dance in a fun, low-pressure environment. It’s ideal for beginners who want to explore different styles before committing to a full season in the fall.

 

What styles are included?

• Your child can try a variety of classes including:

• Ballet

• Jazz

• Tap

• Acro

• Tap

• Hip Hop

• Lyrical 

• Contemporary

• Strength and Flexibility

• Partnering

 

How many classes can my child take?

• As many as they like (just as long as it's offered in their age group and it falls under the eligibility)! The ClassPass gives you unlimited access to all eligible classes for your child’s age group during September.

 

Do I need to register for specific classes?

• Once you purchase your ClassPass, you’ll receive a schedule and simple registration form to select which classes you’d like to attend. This helps us manage class sizes while keeping things flexible.

What if my child doesn’t like a class?

• We always encourage at least 2 weeks in a row of trying a style before pulling them out. They need enough time to learn the environment before just taking them out. Sometimes it's the second visit that's the home run - a lot can change in a week! Kids sometimes have bad days like us...give them some time. We created the ClassPass to give your child plenty of time to explore different styles, settle in, and figure out what they enjoy most — with zero pressure or long-term commitment upfront.

 

What happens when Class Pass is up?

• At the end of September you will be asked if you'd like to proceed with your classes or not. We obviously hope you do so we can all perform together at our year end recital in a beautiful auditorium surrounded by friends and family!

 

How much is the ClassPass?

• The Unlimited ClassPass is only $22.60 per month (all inclusive with tax). 

 

Where are classes held?

• All classes take place at The Core Dance Co. studio in Oakville, which is at 1400 Cornwall Road, Unit 11. Free parking is available on-site!

 

My child signed up for Summer Class Pass, can they do September as well?

• The Class Pass is designed as a one-time trial opportunity to explore our classes before officially registering for the season. If your dancer joined us for the Summer Class Pass, we kindly ask that you register for regular classes this time around so we can make space for new faces who haven’t had a chance to try us out yet. We’d love to have you back—this time as part of The Core fam full-time! ❤️

Is there a refund for my Class Pass if I can't use it or if my child wants out?

• Because our ClassPass pricing is kept extremely affordable — and because we limit class sizes to provide a small-group, high-quality experience — all ClassPass purchases are non-refundable.

 

• When you register, your child’s spot is reserved and held for them, which means we often turn away other interested families once classes reach capacity. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to fairly manage limited space and provide the best possible experience for every dancer.

• If a unique situation arises, we’re always happy to discuss flexible options such as transferring the pass to another month (if space allows) or applying it toward another option.
